Hawaiian Seafood Inc. (HSI) started selling our own our self-caught fresh fish on the Big Island of Hawaii. After less than 6-months of operations, the demand for our fish quickly expanded beyond the Hawaiian Islands and into the U.S. Domestic Market. Hawaiian Seafood Inc. (HSI) is the only provider of “Same day caught & Same day shipped” Fresh and Frozen Hawaiian fish. Literally, right off the hook, chilled, immediately shipped and arriving to you within 24-48 hours. Services like this, accompanied by our absolute highest quality of sashimi grade fish, has gained us the respect of many top chefs and their award winning restaurants. All our fish is chosen daily by our sashimi experts — always hand-selected and personally inspected to ensure that it meets our company standards.
On a 3X per day rotation, our team will then select, prepare and package the submitted seafood orders and ship them out to arrive at our customers door using FedEx solutions. The FedEx box is designed specifically for maintaining a temperature of 35-40 degrees for up to 48 hours and the cost of shipping is already included in our pricing.

Hawaiian Seafood Inc. does not condone any type of fishing that destroys the natural habitat and we operate within the jurisdiction of one of the world's strictest fisheries management systems that is currently leading the way in developing new and innovative ways to reduce our impact on the eco-system. All of our fish are guaranteed to have been exclusively hook-caught by the local sport fishing fleets, bottom fisherman and/or the licensed Hawaiian Longliners… and no one else! Further as a commtted Eco-Friendly partner to the world, HawaiianSeafood also does not allow any of our buyers to ever purchase fish that have not reached reproductive maturity. We are big promoters and paticpants in Hawaii's Sustainable Fishery.
