24-48 Hours. From ocean to doorstep. That’s FAST!

Three times per day we are preparing and package our customer’s seafood orders and ship them all via FedEx to arrive at our customers doorsteps within 24-48 hours.  The FedEx box is designed specifically for maintaining a temperature of 40 degrees or less for up to 50 hours.  The cost of shipping is already included in our pricing.

We use FedEx overnight delivery to the U.S. West Coast and FedEx 2Day® delivery to the U.S. East Coast. If you are not sure what delivery zone applies to your location, please call the Sales Department: 1+ 808-369-9779 during our office hours.

We will deliver 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday, however there are no deliveries on Sundays.  We do ship on Fridays and Saturdays for a Monday arrivals — which arrive just in time for the start of your week.

When you place a minimum order for 15 pounds from HawaiianSeafood.com, we will pay for all the shipping and handling costs! Yes. That’s right.  You pay us for the cost of the seafood products, select your choice of next day, overnight or weekend delivery, and we’ll catch the shipping bill. HawaiianSeafood..com doesn’t have a maximum amount of fish that can be purchased, however, depending on the timing of your order, there may limited quantities of fish on hand until the following work day.

Best of the Best, Freshest of the Fresh

Our customers will tell you they will only buy from us because we are guaranteeing the Best of the Best and the Freshest of the Fresh. There’s nothing better or fresher on the open market. We buy Daily and your fish is literally coming direct from the boat to your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours (depending on your delivery location). We have partnered with FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery to the West Coast and FedEx 2Day® delivery to the East Coast. Your order will stay fresh in our customized boxes and packaging considerations. Saturday Delivery: Limited Service Day

NOT ALL AREAS have an available Saturday delivery schedule. Please contact FedEx or a HawaiianSeafood.com representative if you need to verify your delivery address for Saturday Delivery availability. Saturday deliveries are also considered “Limited Service Days” as all deliveries are scheduled to arrive at 9 a.m. or earlier wherever you are located. If the delivery is missed, the order will return to the station and be rescheduled for a MONDAY delivery. The HawaiianSeafood.com product is still guaranteed to arrive fresh. We kindly request that you only reserve Saturday Delivery as a last resort and not as a standard delivery option.

HawaiianSeafood.com will ship our product direct to all areas in the U.S. serviceable by FedEx.

Possible Delay in Arrival

All Overnight and Second Day deliveries are subject to weather and natural disasters, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, rain, snow, ice, lava, wind, tornado, tsunami and hurricane, as well as unforeseen mechanical and/or personnel malfunctions. All orders are contracted agreements and are the responsibility of the customer regardless of timely, early or delayed deliveries.

Overnight or 2-Day Shipping

Orders are delivered by FedEx Standard Overnight® (West Coast) and FedEx 2Day® (East Coast). If you are not sure what delivery zone you are located in, we ask that you please give us a call: Sales Department 1-808.369.9779 during office hours.

East Coast orders placed on Thursday before 7 p.m. EST/1 p.m. HST can be subject to Saturday delivery rules. West Coast orders placed on Friday before 4 p.m. PST/1 p.m. HST can be subject to Saturday delivery rules.
