One, click on the LOGIN or go to the DISCOUNT SAVING CLUB to create your own personalized account with your desired shipping address and Payment Method.
Two, call us at +1 808.369.9779 to create your account.
Next, click on the the PLACE AN ORDER Button or Page and simply select the product and quantities of what you want.
You can Check Out and finalize your order, or click on your Shopping Cart at anytime throughout the process!
That's it! 1 – 2 – 3, and your order will be packed shipped and on it's way.
Your tracking info will be available in your MY ACCOUNT under the Order Status page!
How We Ship Fish

Make seafood purchasing selections by entering the desired weight and clicking on 'Add To Cart' buttons located on each product page.
At any time you can access your 'Shopping Cart' page where you are able to add or delete weight or remove entire items from your cart.
When you are ready to check out and make your purchase, simply click on your preferred payment type at the bottom of the shopping cart page
(or click on the 'View Cart' link in the upper navigation bar to return to the Shopping Cart from any page).
On the Ordering Information page, fill in your billing and shipping information, payment information, comments and special instructions where indicated.
In the ‘Contact Information’ section enter your contact information, along with the other required information.
After providing the required information, click the button labeled 'Place Order' at the bottom of the page.
We use encrypted software to securely accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

Check On Delivery (C.O.D.)
Hawaiian Seafood accepts C.O.D. (Check On Delivery). You will receive a confirmation email from us with your order total, so that you can give a check to your FedEx driver when they arrive. FedEx drivers will not accept cash, nor do they carry any cash.
You can also set up a business account with us! If you already have an account opened with us, and have ordered in the last 90 days, then be sure to note that at the end of your order when you check out. Be sure to note the name of your restaurant and the name of your current representative, if any.
You can pay for your order by credit card, however, since we do not charge your credit card until your order has been filled and is ready for shipment, we cannot accept credit cards when you place your order. For security reasons, HawaiianSeafood.com does not store credit card information. We will contact you once your order is filled to obtain your credit card information. Please enter your contact information (name and phone number) in the Comment section at checkout.

We aim to fill each order as accurately as possible, but the exact total will be reconfigured after the actual product has been cut and weighed. This means it could be more or less.
Please leave us a note in the NOTE section of the purchase process to tell us if we can substitute an item if it is out of stock and/or if we need to send heavier rather than lighter products or vice versa.
