Our fish is the best of the best, hand-picked by our expert sushi buyers and our prices the same whether you’re buying from our storefront display or from our website. Other Species will be offered as “Specials” for our customers. The same day that our fish our landed they are purchased, dressed and then Airfreighted into Phoenix from The Hawaiian Islands and Alaska. We then process the fish immediately into 6oz and 1lb steaks, as well as 5lb loins. The fish is then placed onto food grade trays, vacuum sealed, logged for HACCP, labeled and put back into our near freezing refrigerators for chilling. With a few short hours, your fish will be packaged up and sent out for delivery.

Depending on the FedEx service that you select, we can deliver the Hawaiian Islands to your doorstep, anywhere in the US, in less than 48 hours from when it was pulled from the ocean. Your fish will arrive pretty, the meat firm and consistent, as well as be full of color, rich in flavor and ready for your enjoyment.
Same Grade, Size and Quality as our Fresh Never Frozen offered fish. Fish we intend to freeze are purchased in season when they are both larger and cheaper. Because of this we sell our Frozen Seafood for considerably less than our “Fresh Seafood”. Vacuum Sealed and Blast Chilled at below negative 40 degrees (F) temperatures for optimized Color, Flavor and Texture maintenance. Frozen Fish can be purchased in store, delivered locally or shipped via USPS or FedEx. After being thawed properly (Rinse I Wrap I Refrigerate), our Blast Chilled Frozen Fish will have retained 90% or more of its original fresh seafood qualities.
